Join us for a doubleheader today, Friday, at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, located at 130A Playa Blanca.
We begin our Friday with YogaPilatesBall 9-10 a.m. If you're new to the ball, no worries, we do beginner and advanced moves. Tune into your body in a whole new way. This class is only 50 pesos.
Followed by a special edition of MeditationInMotion 10:30-11:30 a.m. Experience the power of deep stretching. This class is 100 pesos.
