Join us for YogaRevolution 9-10 a.m., today, Tuesday here at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's. This class is a mix of flow yoga and deep stretching. A preview of tomorrow is YogaPilates 9-10 a.m., this class works on strength from the inside out. Class is 100 pesos and is ideal for anyone looking to experience the power of meditation and what deep stretching can do for the body and spirit. No experience necessary and we hope the yoga cats join us again tomorrow, we had 3 in the studio this morning.
