The last class of the season was this week - some of these girls have been coming here for 4 years.

We'd like you to meet these (now) young women: you may know their families who own or work in restaurants around town.

From left to right:

Fernanda - her mother Sandra has "Tito's" restaurant on the "Y"

Quetsali - her father is Eloy the taxista, and her mother has the tacqueria in the centre section at the side of the jardin.

Brisa & Soraya: sisters whose mother Ludi has the Pizzeria La Gringa Loca

Berta: her mother has the Loncheria almost across from the Primary School

Mariela & Karla: sisters whose family has the "La Chona" Carniceria, and the tacqueria on the corner of the jardin in front of Cafe Risa. Karla has been studying to be a pastry chef, and her desserts are available at her grandfather's store in the block before the "Y"

Keniia: Her mother Chely works in the kitchen at Palapa Joes

Thanks so much, both of you, for this extra opportunity for the young people
here. They will never forget it, I'm sure.

And David, I so appreciate the "who's who" as well. It makes it easier for us
northerners to get to know our community better.
