Taxi from to ZLO & PVR

Maybe someone can give me some kind of guestimation on costs for the ride from both airports to LM??
Cheaper air fare from PDX to PVR $256.00 one way on June 24 (Tuesday) but the cab ride outweighs the fare?
The same from ZLO to LM so curious...
anyone?

How about the bus from pv? I hear there's one that leaves pv around 11am goes non-stop to melaque. Bus station is mile from airport.
