Can anyone bring a letter from up North?

Hi,
I have a letter that I need to receive from Victoria, but I can get it mailed to anywhere in Canada or the US. Is there anyone who can help with this?

I'm in New York and if the letter can get to me by Sat. April 26, I can bring it down, but you'd have to pick it up in El Rebalsito.
