Posted by Roberto Contreras on April 25, 2014, 11:05 am

Chef Greg Couillard is back from his travels to Toronto and will be cooking for the next two weeks here at Chantli Mare. Roberto and Ibette will be here for the entire off season and the hotel and restaurant will be available throughout the summer months. Please call 3151079957 for information and summer hours?
Come on down to Boca and enjoy our brunch this Sunday featuring Eggs Hollandaise, Omellets, Pancakes, French Toast with Croissants and more!
Sunday night enjoy the music of classic Mexican music with Ricardo & Emmerson and of course Couillard's delish menu.
A big shout out and thank you for making our season two at Chantli Mare a successful and eventful one. We look forward to the 2014-2015 season and your return visits!

Roberto, could you please explain the recent $200 peso cover charge to those of us who live in La Manzanilla all year and love to walk the beach to Chantli Mare? This policy applies to whom? Only in the high season or throughout the year? What does one need to purchase at the hotel or restaurant to avoid paying it? Thanks.

A $200.00 pesos minimum cover per person is for those people using our chairs and umbrellas at the beach.
This money is applied to your bill to pay your intakes.
As an example..Your drinks and food are covered by the deposit and this applies only in the high season. Should you exceed the amount in your purchases, the balance in excess of the 200 pesos will be added on.

Thanks for the explanation, Roberto. Is the high season over yet? If not, when? Thanks again. ;-)

Roberto, is that $200 per table or per person?
