I realize that most of the readers of this message board are not American, still contact your represenataive and voice an opinion on this topic. Learn about Net Neutrality, come to understand that we are at a crossroads in time and in history. Communication has bright and dark sides like most things, on the bright side we have a level of communication unsurpassed in the history of the world.
