ANA Mexican auto insurance

Does anyone have any recommendations (pro or con) about the ANA/AutoAhorra auto insurance agency which sells policies from Primero Seguros? (This is year-round insurance for Mexican-registered vehicles.)
I've got a quote from them that is a lot less than some others, and I wonder if there might be a catch.

Yes there is a catch. If you get in an accident and the car is wrecked….they dont answer the phone. If your car gets stolen they give you $100 Maximum. Good luck.
