I was not familiar with the methods you mentioned, I had to Google them http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Vodka-Watermelon On a somewhat different angle of imbibing, have you ever heard of vaporizing? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcohol_inhalation There are states which made it illegal because you don't get a hangover, something about pleasure should = punishment (hangover) or something like that. An unfamilliar concept in my world (but manifest at times).
