Give your sweat purpose at YogaCommunity Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-10 a.m. at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center. This time of year it doesn't take much to get that inner fire going.
This yoga mix class is a great way to discover your practice; open the body and just wring things out.
All classes are only 20 pesos and mats are available. Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.
