Thanks David

Yup, but last time they included the business name

Maybe someday cars will have an onboard verification system, or will
be all electric and have a similar problem.

In India they have quality verification

On a side note, I was watching a Vice documentary on ISIS, the religious police
were going around doing their thing, part of which was asking a seller if they
had put water into the propane tank (as a way to short their customer).
I had never heard of that way of screwing people around.

At the 3 min 50 sec mark here?

The whole doc is quite informative, Vice has been kicking butt lately.

Thanks for the affirmation of our suspicions the last 2 years, as we used to fill up at this station.

Possibly a way to not get shortchanged, although a major hassle is to bring our own jerry can, fill it, put in our gas tank, then refill the jerry can and repeat the process. I doubt the gas station would like us slowing things down for them - maybe then they would stop ripping people off!

I tried to find the PROFECO report (as shown in the September 2013 post), I never
got closer than this

Also, I was wondering if a neighboring Pemex could sway the testers to find
faults in the competition, as a way to get more business? Do they compete
with each other on any level?
