Ride to PV

Hi all,
I am flying out to LA on the 9th of October at 4:00 from Puerto Vallarta and wondering if anyone is going up to PV on the morning of the 9th or on the 8th and stay over. Will happily help with gas money.

I often see these messages where people want a ride from La Manzanilla to P.V. or the reverse.They usually suggest that they will share gas costs.Why don't they offer to pay for all the gas.It is certainly cheaper than paying for a taxi and probably not much more than taking the bus.Furthermore,I would expect that they get picked up /dropped off at their door.The car owner has had to import/insure and maintain at considerable expense.
