Heading out this AM for home, chill the cervezas and have Pedro cook up some of those famous fish tacos. 9 or 10 days should do it from BFE Idaho to beautiful Lamanz.

Now that you ask Kathy B, plz have Mark rush over and finish the second story guest room on that nueva casa, it would save me tons of headaches. While he's watching the crews working, could you also have him do the landscaping in the rear yard?
Of course I'm kidding, we all know Mark would litigate the chores to no end just to have something constructive to do, and boy-o-boy, would those sub-contractors be tired, weary beyond words negotiating the fine points of the contracts with a legal wizard!

My crew and I have completed work on your second story room, but I would not call it a "guest room". It has become the newest brothel in LM. Although there has been some static about the new brothel, the young woman that reside there seem nice.
As your attorney, I will handle all of the financial matters, but the young ladies do expect to bathe and cook food downstairs.

Cool, tenants with benefits, what more could a guy ask for. Additionally, if you are supervising "The Girls" then I'm sure they will be low mileage and ready for some real action by the time we get there.
