Hi, the dates don't quite jive, but I am arriving in PV on Nov. 4 and would happily buy gas for the return trip to La Manzanilla. As it stands I have a hotel reservation in PV the night of Nov. 4, planned to ride the bus to La Manz.
Any info you have regarding the bus is most welcome, thanks!

buenas tardes dotty.
there is a first class primera plus bus that leaves that central bus station approximately five minutes from the hotel row. it leaves at 8 am and arrives Melaque at around 12:30 pm. trust me, you DO NOT want to take the second class bus to Melaque, 6 + horas and is a pain in the "burrito" it makes more stops than you can count...
go to primeraplus.com and make a reservation. its a nice bus with plenty of leg room and good movies..
