Would like to share taxi to La Manzanilla from Manzanillo airport on Dec. 14. My husband and I are arriving at 2:07 from Houston. We would pay 2/3 of cost if you are coming alone and would like to share.

I am also arriving on Alaska Sunday the 14. I have one large suitcase, but had a recent hip replacement so need to ride in the front seat. The also have a few vans if any are available. Would like to share.

If there are vans available then we can certainly share one. Are you on Alaska Airlines 284 on the 14th? Let's look out for each other on the plane. Once I know what seat I'm in I'll let you know. Maybe you can do the same?

Getting 3 adults into the back seat of a Mexican taxi is one challenge. Riding in the passenger seat could then be considered a "premium" seat.
Getting luggage for 4 adults into the trunk of a Mexican taxi is another challenge. Of course (in Mexico) everything is possible, whether or not practical.
Beth and I are open to the idea of renting a "taxi-van" (or whatever they are called) which could easily accommodate 4 adults and luggage, but may not be cost-effective unless we got another body or two into the van.
Does anyone know the cost of the taxi-van from ZLO to La Manz?

I agree that we wouldn't fit in a taxi. Let's wait to hear how much a van would cost.

A van will cost 1100 pesos. I'm waiting to hear from the other 2. Are you in if we go ahead? If not, we'll just get a taxi. What's your email? Would be easier than communicating through posting.
