Anis yoga class. Posted by Ani Mac on November 7, 2014, 12:42 pm Hi one and all of you yogis.....Ani Mac is back. Will do special get going classes this week on Mon. Wed. Fri. at 8.30 am at my studio upstairs above Adas Boutique. You need to come in back door between the bookstore and Spa Pacifico.Please be a little early as I need to lock the door at 8.30.Also bring a mat and or towel as there are only a few mats here. Then I will be away until the 1st of Dec. when classes will resume at the usual place Casa Luz M,W.F. at 9am then. I took some special spine classes this summer and have lots of good info re the aging and or normal spine. The spine is the central connecting structure of the body,joining all the different aspects of our being both physically and energetically.
