Such a warm evening... the boys borrowed our paddleboards. The sea was warm like a bath, the thunder clouds moving in overhead

Those clouds are probably the result of system 96E, which has been slowly moving to the north for almost a week:

It's turning toward the coast and should go north of L.M.
but there's a lot of moisture in that system which usually means more rain. Weather.com predicts thunderstorms for both Puerta Vallarta and Manzanillo today.

Here's another CNA page which I visit regularly - updated at noon daily. It shows 80% chance of rain today, so all the info I can find points to more rain for you. Donde esta Bret??
