Mint seeds

Does anyone have any extra mint seeds or starter plants that you can spare? I can trade for dill, bok choy, scallion or basil seeds.
Thank you, Rhema

I'm interested in that trade, too. I can offer more dill, basil, arugula and other lettuces.

Could one of you gardeners 'splain to me why mint is difficult to grow here? I am accustomed to puling out handfuls of it in the States where it's an invasive!!
I now have a few wimpy starts in a pot, but they're not doing much.

I had great gobs of mint last season, started from a small pot I bought--I forget where. Maybe Home Depot on Manzanillo? Anyway, when I returned a few days ago, I found--no mint at all. My mint in Oregon performs as you described--I have to pull it like a weed. Here it did really well, too, but it doesn't seem to be coming back. I planted it here in a shady planter down in among taller plants, along with rosemary and cilantro. It all did great, and the rosemary is still there. It seems to like filtered sun and lots of space.

My mint has always died in late summer or early fall. I don't know if it's too much heat, or too much water (rain). It often happens to the oregano too.

Thank you for your kind offer Julie and Rusty; I've already been gifted with a lovely established mint plant, gracias Jacqueline!
