how do I pay - if I cannot even set up an online account without the account #?

As long as you have the phone number you can pay over the counter in the Western Union office in Melaque. I never get a bill and you can put as much credit on as you wish. Sounds too good to be true but it is!

I've been using TelMex USA for about 9 years (introduced by Carolina Howard) and it is SO easy to call from here or Canada each month. Sign up, get your customer number and then all you have to remember is to call on the 10th of each month!

thanks for all the answers....since it is a new phone we had no bill or account number yet to pay these ways but we got it figured out!
