Has anyone seen the large containers where we can drop off our plastic bottles?

I've seen one up the alley beside Lydia's store and another on the beach side of the jardine.

I'm not sure the plastics are still being collected. The collection bag across from us was just about full when we came here mid October, then filled to over flowing and now has a big black plastic bag full lying there as well. The rest are just sort of scattered.

Someone has been collecting the plastic from the 2 containers near my house - by Mele's chicken stand and near the dumpster one block north of there. They do not remove the garbage when they do so. I usually try to remove the garbage as I go by for litter patrol.
Best to remove lids and compress bottles to make for better storage and transport.
