Surely that sunset is from another place and time. No .... it was today and in the space time we were living then? Ok, I will adjust my "reality" meter.

Rob, Great shot. I'm moving it back up to the top because I'm considering trying to capture this in oils.

Oooooh baby ohhhh! U da man David. Here is a pano (use the scroll bar) see our Christmas tree on the right
There was something else happening about the same time as the photo above. Above our heads was blue sky, it was reflecting in the waves and at first some thought it was photoplankton. I took several photos trying to capture it, this is the best I got, it is between Ray (the fisherman) and the shore and looks like the foam of a wave but its not. Never seen that before (that I can remember
)
Also the web cam stopped working around 4:30 so it missed a good one. It seems to be working now, not sure why it stopped working.

Beautiful shots of the sunset tonight. Thank you everyone. Daniel: I tuned into the webcam about 5:40 and it was working fine. For some reason the picture became a bit dark around 6:05 so all I could see was the mast light on the sailboat! Am envious and looking forward to arriving next month.

I was going to email you and ask if you were experiencing the same thing I was here. Because of it not working here I didn't move the cam to sunset position like I usually do. I assume what you saw at the end (the sail boat light) was because it was dark here. Who cares, that was yesterday. Which reminds me of something I saw recently, "yesterday you said tomorrow" great play on words eh? In La Manzanilla it is more like "last week you said tomorrow" Just don't http://www.reddit.com/r/GetMotivated/comments/2mc502/image_sometimes_nike_gets_it_right/

Absolutely Daniel and while 'that was yesterday, and yesterday's gone".....it wasn't..was it?!!! While I didn't actually see the sun go down (to the south west due to webcam positioning) it was nice to see the larger group at the beach bar for 'T'. Sorry I didn't tune in earlier around 4:30. And yes I watched it get dark, and the 'T'-totallers (or is it 'totterers) leaving and I was alone with an empty shot glass facing an almost dark screen ! Send me an email if you suspect any webcam problems and I can likely check very quickly and let you know if I have video reception here in Edmonton..... at least while I am still here!

One of the best for sure! The blue sky reflected in the water was a first for me ...very Peter Maxish!
