We are featuring for American Thanksgiving a deluxe buffet spread with all the trimmings, plus a dessert table that will knock the stuffing out of you! Organic turkey, candied yams, succotash, mash potatoes and gravy, cornbread and sausage stuffing, pineapple baked ham and squash salad with pomegranate dressing...Chocolate volcanoes, creme brulee, b,lueberry clafouti, fresh fruit compote and more. $380 includes all food, coffee or tea and gratuities. Next up is our new early dinner special from 5 until 7. Enjoy the sunset at Chantli with a prix fixe menu of $300 pesos that includes a choice of soup or salad, Beef Imported Short Ribs, Kung Pao Chicken Breast with Stir fry or Red Snapper with lime Hollandaise. Plus choice of Chef's delectable desserts.
We are pleased to welcome back the Fabulous Simone and Mike for their first night of the season at Chantli. They will be featured on the last Saturday of every month and we are pairing them with some Mexican delights from our amazing Mexican Chef Marta...chiles en Nogada, Chiles Rellenos and Shrimp stuffed Chiles. Dance to their soulful, funk, R&B and Blues this Satuurday, November 29th.
And of course with our new deck and cleaned up beach, you can join us for lunch or breakfast every day of the week!

There is nothing that beats the view at Chantli and for foodies like me..it doesn't get any better than Chef Greg… My husband fancies himself as a self taught chef but when we go out to eat we go to Chantli..We knew it was a 5 star quiet treasure when we first went there and now after three years we are grateful that it is still here and continues to get better and better…Giving Thanks at Chantli this year…see you there!!!
