Just a suggestion....if you want a ride to/from Puerto Vallarta/Manzanillo/Melaque/where ever...offer to pay for ALL the gas and maybe even throw in lunch...someone has gone to all the effort and expense of getting a vehicle here and is willing to pick up and deliver you...surely you could spend a few extra bucks for their kindness
