Hola. I am in La Manzanilla until February 20th. I am offering early morning workouts on the beach, once or twice a week for those who would like to add more fitness to their days in this beautiful place. This BOOTCAMP will allow you to take things at YOUR OWN PACE and increase your individual fitness level, with modifications of moves offered.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer from Salt Spring Island, BC, with 20+ years experience. I am not one of those scarey mean trainers, I have a gentler encouraging approach. Be prepared for a fusion of cardio, strength, balance & flexibility exercises. Increase your core strength, improve your posture, energize your metabolism!
I have been here since start of January and am only assuming the tide will be low enough to accommodate this, can anyone verify this? Also, any suggestions as to what area of the beach would work best?
I NEED TO KNOW IF ENOUGH PEOPLE WILL BE INTERESTED IN THIS TYPE OF FUNCTIONAL-BASED WORKOUT BEFORE I SET A DATE.
Charge would be by donation.
