The developers seem oblivious that (at times) they are destroying the very thing
e.g. blue ocean, that brings people there. IMO the biggest challenge they face
is when "what is cool" changes to be exactly the opposite of what they offer.
People (young people in particular) are for the most part fickle followers
of the herd, which is led by a few popular (i.e. beautiful) trend setters. Small town
Mexico La Manz style may just be the next in thing, God forbid.
