16 weeks renting in 2015-2016

I am presently in La Manzanilla until March 20th. I just learned that the apartment I rented this year will not be available for next year. I plan to come back next year for about 16 weeks (from the beginning of December to the end of March). I would like to find a place with one room (preferably separated from the rest of the apartment) and a living room with a sleeping couch since I am alone but I could have occasionally one or two guests for a week (very occasionally). I would also like to have a terrace with good Wi-Fi in the apartment and outside. Finally, if there would be a pool, it would be fantastic! Please contact me if you have such an apartment to rent and please specify what would be the global price for a 16 weeks stay. I would very much appreciate visiting before I leave on March 20th.
