Hmm...the ones I'm looking for are the ones that aren't sold with the greens attached and are very mild. When I call up images of cebolitas chambray on google they all look rounder than the ones I was buying in Mexico .
Once we bought the ones with the green stems on them hoping they might be the same but they were very 'bitey' , more like green onions.
Are the Cebolitas chambray very mild and sweet when cooked?
