Late April housing

I am looking at making a trip back to the area for a week to a week and a half in the last half of April. I'm on a budget and am hoping to find something down town close to the beach. I'm curious if there is any chance of finding a one bedroom 2 occupant space for a week and a half for around 300USD. I know if you have something available you cannot post it here.
