Over this past holiday someone tagged several places with Grafitti.
It appears to all have been done by one person.
Anyone have input on how to remove it?

It depends on the surface material. If it is stucco, it will probably have to be painted over. Try wire brush, steel wool, pressure washer, sometimes a simple solvent works -but be careful with chemicals near fragile environments.

There are a number of studies that seem to show that graffiti brings more graffiti. The quicker it is removed, the better if you don't want more.

As a "proud owner" of property NOB that gets tagged often we have found a quick over paint is the best method to keep rival groups from doing more vandalism. My guess is that this is the work of some jackass fom out of town

We have a volunteer run anti-graffiti team in Ajijic. It depends on what the tag is made of--paint tags usually require painting over. Tags made with marking pens can usually be removed with alcohol and steel wool though there will be some paint damage.

What is most important is to get rid of it as quickly as possible so as to discourage further tagging.
