Swarming Bees

Yesterday morning I noticed a large number of bees on the underside of a large leaf as I was walking up our staircase. They looked as though they were building a hive which they did. I've had some bad reactions to stings and want to move them out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here in Melaque we call the Civil Protection for a huge swarm of bees. They arrived with a couple of buckets, put water in them & added some cleaning liquid (Fabuloso?? or something) These were placed on the ground under the swarm & the bees just took off! Something to see.

In many cases, if you just wait a day or two, the bees will leave again... they are transient.... It happened to us a couple of times on the beach: a huge swarm suddenly seemed to be building a nest in our rooftop palapa. In a couple of days, they had moved on to greener pastures...
