victor has been doing all my maintenance and repair on my Casa for a year now. he is English speaking and knows construction. In the USA he was a foreman for a construction company.
During the summer he took care of my place and had the casita's ready for when I returned. he handled the money and jobs with skill and integrity.
He always shows up, on time, and is quick to get the jobs done. He has done construction, metal, plumbing and electrical for me. I highly recommend him.
Victor is now in need of more work so I am putting this on the board, he will work by the hour $50 peso, or by the job. he is fair and a good man to work with.
