I pay for 10 mbps- am receiving 3 mbps if Iím lucky...
Iíve called Telmex 5 times in last 10 days... still no adequate service
if you would like to advise Telmex of your lousy service call *2222 option 1, option 2 and explain your situation- Spanish or ask to speak with an English speaking person
(always good to know... your download speed & what download speed you are paying for...)
Are we getting the sh** end of the stick or what❓
