My first time to read the messages. Thank you. I might live near your town, so all the information is great. However, I wonder if there will be a town that will act to keep the beauty before it is too big or too late. Is there a planning group, are there design considerations -- could it be a project for students from the University of Guadalajara to consider and present for all the people? I lived in Burlington Vermont and the downtown was kept alive by making the main street a pedestrian. There are restaurants and cafes, fountains and places to sit. Is there a way to have parking before the town and just walking within? That is just one example of something that effects the quality of live -- will La Manzanilla grow with charm -- perhaps trees and cobble stone, the spirit of a place, even the real economic health depends on planning. So, I am interested if there is something for future growth. |
