D Are these the folks who requested title around 4 or 5 years ago? If so, what is the process now for those of us who want to establish the request to get title. I heard that you pay 50 pesos per sq meter to the ejido and that the request for title must be in a mexicans name, either the ejido or your presta nombre but can not be made in a non mexicans name? Once this is done all of the paper work goes to Mexico city to which office etc.?? If these are the folks that requested title 4-5 years ago does that mean that if we do it today it will take another 4-5 years? My limited understanding is that if procede or the regularization process is established and moves forward at a normal pace that this process should take less than one year. Then it is necessary to establish a foreign trust with a bank for each lot or can one cover multiple lots, house etc.? Anyone's insight would be greatly appreciated on this very important issue and decision. tks |
