Hi Jason, True, the quantum physics part is stretched a bit. I did some research on that and found some scientist were upset at the way it was presented. The Internet is like sitting in the largest library in the world and having 10 people fetch books and open them to the pages you want to read. If you want to know more it is certainly there. Verify, verify, verify. I think the neuron, peptides, receptors, chemical addiction part is pretty well proven. The Spiritual / God part is certainly open to interpretation and a more sensitive subject for some. Overall I think I found it helpful, interesting for sure, and will play with it a bit more. If one can be aware of the addiction to set neuron patterns and chemical rushes it may be helpful in the motivation part of change. Another no pain no gain trip. When they can get past that part count me in. By the way if you want to watch the entire first part "what the bleep do we know" www.veoh.com/find/?query=what+the+bleep+do+we+know
