I still don't get it. Say there's 200 homes in LaManzanilla and each home flushes 4 times. That's 800 flushes per day. Where does the human waste go? I'm sure the crocks don't want it. I guess the governments plan is "If you don't build it they wouldn't come" which is what they really want.. If I'm wrong, let me know
