Troy brings 30 years teaching experience to La Manzanilla for one and a half hour sessions at 10:00 a.m. Friday the 21st, Sunday the 23rd, Tuesday the 25th, and Thursday the 27th. 70 pesos/session donation. All levels are welcome with much individual instruction. Bring your yoga mat, a blanket or whatever to the palapa at Ron and Genese's place at calle 9 de Octubre #164. If you come from the jardine walk south past Martin's, cross the arroyo and turn right and walk up the hill two blocks, turn left and you will see the palapa on top of the house #164.
