We went to Manzanillo yesterday, where the rain started about 2 PM. It rained all the way back to L.M but our rain gauge here showed only 1.42 inches, which included rain from the night before. That makes our 36 hr. total 1.92 inches. Boca is definitely on the rainy side of the bay. I wish everybody here during the summer had a rain gauge because it's clear that some locations in town get more rain than others and it would be really interesting to compare numbers (well, for some of us anyway). This is an absolutely spectacular day - warm, sunny and about as good as it gets. The temp at 4 PM is a balmy 84F/28.9C with 65% humidity. CNN just showed temperatures all over the US and, with very few exceptions, they made me wonder why everyone isn't in L.M. instead. Wait! - bad idea - erase!
