Hey, I gotta' say, really, where's your sense and adventure here. And Humor (Smitty). Mexico offers whatever we want from it, and it all comes with a risk. When that last damn chicken stops crowing in Lamanz, becuase of some government regulation, I'll be moving on to Central America.

I've been in land development, Urban design, zoning and development code, land use planing, civil engineering and every part of enviromental and regulatory issue with regard to land use and development for 29 years in the US.

This issue with Santana is nothing new. It is happening all the time in the land use world. Everything I'm reading I've already seen...in the US!

The accusations continuing to be made here are just that, accusations...from a disgrutled, not so expirenced land developer, who wasn't able to turn a quick buck (like we all like to do, no doubt). Sig, from all the "details" you continue revealing, I see an invester with obviously poor business qualities, and by the way, we have met several times, for many drinks over the last few years. I was dissappointed that you forgot that detail.

My experiences with the Santanas, again, have been the exact opposite from Sig's. So what is the truth?
