So I am trying to interpret this picture. Looks like concrete in the road but piles of alokin (sp?)along side the road.
Is the intersection concrete with block between?
Does the block go on top of the concrete?
Will all intersections be concrete?
Does anyone REALLY know?
Am SSSSSSOOOOOOOOO looking forward to less dust!
