Good news! We have enough people for a group yoga class in October. Classes will be Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am. The first class is this Wed, Oct. 1st. All classes will be at Maria Castelazo's palapa on the corner of Concha Molida and Los Angeles Locos. Classes are suitable for all levels, including individuals who have never taken yoga. If you are interested in joining for all or part of the month and haven't already signed up, please call or email so I can have enough mats on hand.
