Tropical Storm Norbert

Norbert?? TD 13-E has developed into a tropical
storm and is expected to become a hurricane tomorrow
or Tuesday. The track is still off to the west and
should remain offshore as it passes through our
latitude. However, the circulation is fairly
large and we could get some rain in the next 24 to
48 hours. The next advisory is at 4 PM and should
tell us more about how, or if, it will affect L.M.
