when a buyer says they are 'willing' but the seller is not, that implies that you can't come to terms on price. while we might be in a time where prices are down, that does not mean that an owner has to sell at the buyer's' price....... unless there are other reasons that make the seller agree to that price. it's just like the stock market...... one might own a stock whose market price has gone down a certain amount but the owner of the stock is not affected by that price unless they decide to sell. in the what-ever-it-is-worth category, ann and i sold our beach lot at a nice profit earlier this year. |
