We just returned about 2 weeks ago from LM. We bother have had the same symptoms. It comes and goes fever, chills, sweating, headache. It is not very pleasant. I think it may be a viral thing. We have no upper respiratory or GI symptoms. I am a medical person but... things are different up north from Mexico in terms of illness. Speedy recovery to all who suffer.
