| Brillant! Clearly the year´s top happening. I missed it this year but never again. ¿Do competing vessels have to be manned (or personned) and have sails? I have a killer rubber ducky that competed in two Rideau Canal Flotilla races in Ottawa. if ´NO', I would offer it as a last-place prize filled with something champagne-ish. |
