Talking about slow DLS -
There is a fascinating profile on Carlos Slim by Lawrence Wright in the June 1 2009 New Yorker. I get the printed copy each week, yet I think some of it is on line: http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2009/06/01/090601fa_fact_wright.
Stephanie, Would the bookstore be interested in my old New Yorkers – old meaning within the last 3 or 4 months? I come down to my LaManz house 4 or 5 times a year, I could bring a bunch each time.
