You may want to check at your local Centro Saluda ( Medical Clinic ) and see what their telephone number is
and if they have a after hours contact or something similar to on call nurse or Doctor available and/or how to reach them.
Plus having always handy in your First Aid Kit some Benadryl ( fast acting Liquid )
