Tim... From my experience... Without an FM3, the car permit will only be valid for 180 days or the length of the tourist visa the permit is issued against. I tried to get a permit for my Navigator in Kimberly's name (she had an fm3 at the time) The title was in my name. I had our marriage license, her driver's license, fm3 and passport copies and was denied the permit. Was told that she had to be there. |
