But June and Rick were harassed badly when they returned through Laredo after not being able to get their FM3s stamped on the way NoB. Best to go out of one's way to get the visa stamped. BTW, we didn't get stamped on the way north last April and returned without showing any documentation whatsoever, no visa, no passport, no nada. That was through Nogales, though, where the free zone extends to south of San Carlos. PS: If we had been bothered, I would have claimed that we had never left Mexico and that friends brought the new items we had to us.
