Bird sightings in and around La Manzanilla during October: snowy egret, golden cheeked woodpecker, crested caracara, great egret, little blue heron, whimbrel, willet, wood stork, chachalaca, laughing falcon, brown pelican, yellow crowned night heron, magnificent frigatebird, black necked stilt, gray hawk, great tailed grackle, blue black grosbeak, mexican cacique, san blas jay.
